Purchase includes 1 pair (2) fins with attachment instructions. These fins are flat on the back. 

Each fin set is handmade. Made from skin safe silicone (platinum cure, Dragonskin which is stretchy, soft, durable, and skin-like)

These fins can be attached to tops, or fabric or silicone mermaid tails with silpoxy or dragonskin silicone.
